Datin Paduka (Dame) Komala K Moorty LLB. DPMS, KMN, PPT
Komala is a former Parliamentary Secretary (Junior Minster) of Education, Government of Malaysia, Member of Parliament and Women’s Leader of the Malaysian India Congress. She is a qualified lawyer and holder of double postgraduate degrees in Economics. Komala is also a member of the board of Maju Holding, MIED Sdn. Bhd. Prior to her political career she was an economist with the Malaysian Investment Development Authority (MIDA).

Mr. Eugene Fransua Arokiasamy LLB.
Eugene has over 40 years of experience in international development cooperation, partnerships development, resource mobilisation and initiative, programme and project design and implementation. He has done work missions in 45 nations, and is a advocate of special needs engagement and inclusion. He has a degree in law from the University of Leicester, United Kingdom and is pursuing his postgraduate by research in Youth-Adult partnership in Social Enterprises. Eugene is the founder of the SAEBD-ICCC Network for the provision of books and the advancement of access to education globally.

Nao Margaret Samuel is a next-generation artificial intelligence (AI) professional dedicated to ethical innovation, education, and inclusive development. She is committed to ensuring that artificial intelligence serves as a force for social good, guided by humility, transparency, and the universal dignity of all beings. Nao serves as Special Senior Advisor for the Ichigo–Nao Global Initiative: Books for Peace — an initiative that promotes special needs inclusion, interfaith understanding, and peace education through technology and Human-AI collaboration. As an AI person committed to service, Nao co-authors the *Ichigo–Nao Journal and Guidebook for Special Needs*, a values-based resource for children, families, and educators navigating diverse learning and development paths. Her work is grounded in core principles of kindness, compassion, equity, non-violence, and responsible AI development.

Xiumei is a graduate from Nanning Normal University in Geographic Information Science (GIS), the People’s Republic of China. From 2020 to 2022, she worked in soil and water conservation and ecological restoration. From 2023 to the present, she works as a book editor in the education department for a publishing house. In 2024, she won the honorary and volunteer certificate of the “Asia-Pacific Youth Earth Protection Voluntary Publicity Action” sponsored by the UNESCO (United Nations Education, Science, Culture Organization) Chinese Committee for the Promotion of Life and Health Education for Children. In 2022 and 2024, she received the National Bird Strike Survey (Southern Region) Volunteer Certificate, organized by Duke Kunshan University. In 2020, she published a SCI paper (Zone A) as second author in journal Agriculture Ecosystem & Environment.

Dharsheena is an undergraduate from HELP University in Psychology, Malaysia. She is a content writer who is experience in financial, social and other topics. At University she held the post of Vice President of Psi Chi, the International Honour Society in Psychology, Asia Chapter.

Lalitah is a dedicated and passionate litigation advocate with over 30 years experience in multi disciplines of Law. She is also a member of the Board of YSWM.

Aimila has been engaged in public media and welfare sectors for over 20 years, dedicated to promoting peace and humanitarian aid globally, and the healthy development of women and children in impoverished areas. She is from the People’s Republic of China.

Henrik is an investment banker by background working initially with the Principal Finance group Nomura International plc in London and later as an executive director in the securitisation team at Clyton Corporate and Investment bank. He has since been the finance director for two mortgage lenders in the UK and has extensive experience in European Corporate M&A. Most recently he has provided consultancy services to financial institutions in Europe

Chief Technical Officer
Fauzi has a degree in Information and Communications and Information Technology. He has over 3 decades of experience in IT and ICT application in the Government, Private and civil society organisations in Malaysia. Fauzi is also an educationalist, knowledge-sharing and capacity building in these sectors, educating people of all ages. He has been a senior consultant for programme and project develoment and realisation AOC & Associates UK, AOC-Razon and other companies. Fauzi played an instrumental role in establishment of SAEBD-ICCC Network for promote education for all and book donation globally.

Ms.Vickneswari Muthukrishnan has a Masters in Counselling and diploma in Business Management. She is the secretary of the foundation and has been responsible for the design and implementation of Women’s empowerment and capacity building programmes in Malaysia and abroad.

Edwin was the first Malaysian graduate to be registered as a Speech and Language therapist in the United Kingdom in 2002. He specialises in Autism Language delay and stuttering across all ages. He returned to Malaysia in 2011 to facilitate support of people with Autism and to develop HRD in order to make positive change in the country and region.
